Selected projects commissioned by SECO and delivered with Ukrainian cities and national institutions. They show the coordination, logistics and technical support behind cross-border infrastructure work.
Across successive programmes, 93 trams from Zurich were transferred for continued service in Vinnytsia. RUBI supported transport and coordination, maintenance equipment and spare parts, and later planning and rail procurement for the network.
RUBI handled the transport of trams and the necessary equipment to Lviv on behalf of SECO, supporting the modernisation of the city’s electric public transport system.
SECO supported the delivery of Schwihag systems for urgent renewal work across Ukraine’s railway network. RUBI supported contract management and supervised delivery of the track components.
