Who may process the information.

Information may be accessed by authorised personnel of the operator and by service providers needed to host the website, deliver the form or provide consented analytics. The direct form is prepared for Formspree, Inc.; when activated, Formspree will process and store submissions and deliver them to the target email. If the direct endpoint is not active, the form opens a prepared message in your own email application instead.

Where a provider processes information outside Ukraine or the European Economic Area, appropriate contractual or other legally recognised safeguards should be used where required.

How long information is kept.

Enquiry information is kept only while it is needed to respond, assess a possible engagement, maintain relevant business records, resolve disputes or meet legal obligations. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised according to the operator’s applicable retention process.
